Dwarfskill is a new community of elegantly designed homes in the densely wooded forest adjacent the Dwarfskill Nature Preserve in Milford, Pennsylvania.  The development was inspired by Usonian houses of the 1930s that were designed as modern homes with strong visual connections between indoor and outdoor spaces.  Usonian houses are known for their thoughtful use of natural materials, expansive windows, and artful integration of garden spaces.  The houses at Dwarfskill will be grounded in Usonian principles and will include contemporary amenities that graciously accommodate modern living.

The Dwarfskill homesites are defined by extraordinary outcroppings of stratified bluestone, stunning deciduous and evergreen forest, gently sloped topography, and a naturally-reproducing Class A trout stream at the edge of a 377-acre preserve permanently protected by the Delaware Highlands Conservancy.  The design of each house will be tailored to respond to the distinctive features of each site.

Construction on the first house will begin 2022.
